For me, I cannot write without painting, or paint without writing. My blog is a fusion of the two. The themes I especially love to write about include: EQ and Energy, where creativity meets spirituality, flow, inner landscape exploration, and the artist in the present moment.

Watercolor is my favored medium and has been one of the greatest teachers in my life. Insights from travel, riches discovered in stillness practices, and a profound love of the mysterious creative process come through in everything I do. I believe we all have something to give; and sharing is giving, so I’m starting there.
